About Me

Hi, my name is Emily. I’m an Acupuncturist and Holistic Therapist. 

Choosing to study acupuncture and holistic therapies was driven by my desire to understand my own body and take control of my health. My ongoing journey as a Holistic Therapist is fueled by the aim to assist others enhance their health and well-being, and provide relaxation. 

I earned my Acupuncture degree at the Northern College Of Acupuncture (NCA), a well known institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the UK. Furthering my expertise, I trained with Paul Adkins in Cosmetic Acupuncture in Truro, studied Massage Level 3, and Reflexology Level 3 at The Creative Quarter, Bawtry. As a fully licensed and insured practitioner, I bring a comprehensive approach to holistic health.

I see clients at both The Zen Den, Retford and Ivy and Lace, Carlton-in-Lindrick. My goal is to create a serene space where clients can fully relax and achieve their wellness goals. 

The diverse range of treatments I offer reflects my commitment to holistic well-being, with a particular focus on women’s health and skincare. I firmly believe that beauty originates from within, and by addressing root causes, we can improve skin issues and other ailments.
